All of our product lines are exclusive brands to TICO and
therefore we are able to offer you the best possible price.
Our shops are located on Wickham’s Cay II off the main road, near The Moorings and also in Pasea Estate near Rite Way Food Market.

• Wickham's Cay II Store Hours: 9am - 5pm MON-FRI, 9-2 SAT
• Pasea Estate Store Temp Hours: 9am - 5pm MON-FRI, 9-3 SAT
• Warehouse Temp Hours: 8am - 4pm MON-FRI, 8am - 1pm SAT
• Closed on Sundays and all Public Holidays.
Once you have placed your order with us, you can choose to pick
it up at our shop or arrange (where possible) to have it
delivered on Tortola, at no extra charge providing your order is
above $300.00. Orders $150 - $300, $10 Delivery Fee
Orders collected from TICO become the responsibility of the
customer. On out island orders TICO's responsibility ends when
the order is delivered to the vessel. Damaged/short deliveries
must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for credit
considerations. Minimum charge is $50.00. We accept Visa and
Master Card.
Tainted/corked wines must be returned to TICO for credit consideration with purchase receipt. In certain circumstances, we will accept the return of some TICO purchases. All returns have to be processed by the main office and cannot be done in store. All returns are subject to a minimum of $30 and a 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any wines or champagnes.
