We will call you for your payment details for your order 1-2 days ahead of your arrival date. Please indicate in “notes” on your order if your travel days conflict with this timing.

Orders collected from TICO become the responsibility of the customer. On out island orders TICO’s responsibility ends when the order is delivered to the vessel. Damaged / short deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for credit considerations.
Vintages and are subject to change. Please always ask in the “notes” on your order if other vintages are available.

Minimum charge is $50.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
All returns have to be processed by the main office an cannot be done in the store. All returns are subject to a minimum of $30 and 25% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any wines or champagnes.
Tainted / corked wines must be returned to TICO for credit consideration with purchase receipt. In certain circumstances, we will accept the return of some TICO purchases.
